1. Online Form to be duly filled by the Applicant only after reading all the Rules & Regulations. Please carefully select the ACADEMIC YEAR you wish to apply for. Kindly fill in the entire form, each field is compulsory & check the age criteria before filling the form. Payment for the form to be made in the School after filling the form online. Applications should be submitted ONLY once for a student. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Secondly, if a form is filled incorrectly by the parent, the form will be disqualified and parent may be asked by the School to re-fill along with fresh payment. The submission of Online Application Form does not guarantee admission.

2. Legal guardian’s details, documents and signatures will be valid & applicable only in case of widowed parents of the applying student.
3. We wish to inform you that this form will be valid on payment of Rs.1100 as online Application form fees. Kindly read the official e-mail received from the school for further Information.
4. AGE CRITERIA
   Kindly note that Age Criteria will be strictly as per Government rules. Else, the Online Application Form will be disqualified.
   Age Eligibility Criteria:
   • Age criteria for Pre-Nursery – Child born between 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023.
   • Age criteria for Nursery – Child born between 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2022.
   • Age criteria for LKG – Child born between 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021.
   • Age criteria for UKG – Child born between 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020.
   • Age criteria for Lexicon Kids Day Care – 1.6 Years to 10 Years.

        SCHOOL FEES, RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Break-up of School Fee is as follows – Admission Fees + Tuition Fees
2. Fees can be paid in 2 installments. 1st Installment at the time of admission, 2nd Installment by 20th August 2025.
3. In addition to fees, parents may need to meet optional expenses such as Transport, Bookset, Uniform and Annual Day along with any other requirement in connection with their child’s education at Lexicon.
4. Those opting for Transport: Transport for Term I (April to September) to be paid by 31st March 2025. Transport for Term II (October to March) to be paid before 30th September 2025. If a student cancels the school transport before the end of a Term, Transport charges will be payable for the Full Term. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded or adjusted.
5. All fees are to be paid either by way of NEFT, IMPS, cheque or cash payment at School / Bank. Applied students’ admission confirmation period & payment of fees – 7 working days after the admission form completion.
6. The academic year has 2 terms. Term I – April to September & Term II- October to March
7. If a student leaves the school before the end of a Term, fees will be payable for the full Term. Under no circumstances will the fees be refunded or adjusted.
8. In case of mid-term admission, Fees has to be paid in full of the particular term along with the admission charges. No part payment will be accepted.
9. No deduction in school fees or transport charges for vacations and broken periods.
10. FEES PAID ONCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF ADMISSION IS CANCELLED.
11. If the admission is cancelled before the start of new academic year, the school is not liable to refund any amount paid.
12. The Day Care fee is to be paid between the 1st to the 7th of every month.
13. The Day Care will be closed on all public and national holidays. Also, it will be closed on Diwali and Christmas break and in May for summer break.
14. The daycare will notify you in case any of the following symptoms are noticed: – Fever, Vomiting, any rash occurring on the skin.
15. We advise that the child remains at home if not well.
